Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, fragrances are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once they leave our facility. The only exception is an item received damaged or defective. This is standard practice for perfume and cosmetics in India.

Damaged or Defective on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@dopeone.in with your order number and clear photos. An unboxing video helps us process the claim faster. Once verified, we arrange a replacement or a refund.

How Refunds Are Issued

On an approved damage or defect claim, prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method, and Cash on Delivery orders are refunded as store credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Pickup

For approved returns, our courier partner collects the package from your address within 2–3 business days of approval, so you do not need to visit a courier office. A ₹49 return pickup fee applies.

Cash on Delivery

All COD orders carry a ₹99 handling fee and are verified by WhatsApp or a confirmation call before dispatch, which confirms the order is genuine. Any approved COD refund is issued as store credit.

Order Cancellation

Need to cancel? Email hello@dopeone.in with your order number as soon as possible. If dispatch has not started, we cancel and refund to your original payment method. Once dispatched, the damage-or-defect policy above applies.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds and store credits are processed within 5–7 business days of the returned item reaching us.

Discovery Sets

The same hygiene rules apply to discovery sets and samples: non-returnable and non-exchangeable except when received damaged or defective.
