Courier Partners
We ship via Delhivery, Blue Dart, XpressBees — India's most reliable logistics networks. All orders are dispatched from our facility in Delhi.
All-India Coverage
We deliver across all 28 states and 8 Union Territories of India, including North East India, Jammu & Kashmir, and Ladakh. Remote areas may require 1–2 additional days.
Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all orders above ₹1,500. Orders below ₹1,500 incur a flat ₹99 shipping fee. A ₹99 handling fee applies to all Cash on Delivery orders.
Delivery Timelines
Metro cities: 3–5 business days. Tier 2/3 cities: 5–7 business days. Remote areas: 7–10 business days. Orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day of confirmation.
PIN Code Serviceability
Enter your PIN code at checkout to confirm serviceability and see an accurate delivery estimate. If your PIN code is not serviceable, we will notify you within 24 hours and process a full refund.
Packaging
Every bottle is wrapped in bubble wrap, sealed in a leak-proof pouch, and placed inside a rigid branded box. Indian courier handling is rough — we over-engineer our packaging so your perfume arrives intact.
Order Tracking
Tracking details are sent via WhatsApp and email once the order is dispatched. You can also track your order through the Shopify order status page linked in your confirmation message.
Cancellation Before Dispatch
To request cancellation before dispatch, email hello@dopeone.in with your order number. If dispatch hasn't started, we'll cancel and initiate a refund to your original payment method.
International Shipping
Not available at this time. We currently ship within India only.
